the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when our dishwasher broke. they quickly moved us to a new room with a view of the empire state building. having a kitchen was a blessing for us as we needed to prepare diabetic-friendly meals for a family member. the location was great with easy access to shops and the subway.

The beef dishes at Residence Inn Times Square were more flavorful than a Broadway show! The views from high floors were breathtaking, and the staff's exceptional service added a touch of class.

Same as other review. But I'll add that the elevators were extremely busy in the morning due to check-outs, causing hangry guests to wait longer than a New York minute.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in New York City, had much fun and met professional staff from all staff members. I was offered an above average breakfast at 9.10am.

The hotel is super spacious compared to other NYC places we've stayed at, which is a huge plus. The location was superb, just a quick stroll from Times Square and surrounded by restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay the best ever! 🌟 Despite a bit of traffic noise typical for a bustling city, it didn't bother us much since we expected it in the heart of New York.

The room at Residence Inn Times Square was amazing! The fully equipped kitchenette and city views made me feel right at home. The plush bedding was so cozy, and I loved lounging and soaking in the NYC skyline from my room.

Personally, I found the laptop-compatible safes a bit small, but others might not mind.

The staff were top-class and helpful, everything was good. Adequate and rich breakfasts at 9.10am, liked it.

Had wonderful continental breakfasts with cereals and a great view, for example. It had very central location close to The Guardians.

Omg, subway across the street, so convenient! rooms were spacious for my 3 sisters & me. Staff was very friendly throughout. Only downside: breakfast had a bit of a rush hour vibe at times. 🌟

Well-equipped room, amazing views, super friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of cereal, pastries and fruit.

The location was superb, with attractions close by. Despite a mix-up with my initial room, the staff eventually sorted it out and moved me to a better one with a kitchenette. The view of the Empire State Building from my room was stunning.

The Residence Inn By Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square was an excellent choice for our family trip. The central location made accessing landmarks like Times Square and Rockefeller Center a breeze. The relaxation facilities, like the TV room, provided a nice retreat after sightseeing. The staff's attentive service and proximity to key attractions truly enriched our family bonding experience in NYC.

Visitor location is good. But if somebody's looking to take a breath from the hustle and bustle, this is not the place. Manhattan has better locations. Standard hotel ak in New York okay.

Breakfast nominal till 9:30, but there were already some items missing around 9:00. The menu wasn't very impressive either. After a few days we ate "to the city", with which there is no problem at all (huge choice of places and food served).

Everything was great, the room was lovely, the location was handy. The breakfast was incredible and pastries, fruit and cereals were available. Strategic location with a subway station near the hotel.

I chose this hotel for a workshop and found the conference space to be excellent for hosting meetings. The flexible event venues provided the perfect setting for our workshop, allowing for a smooth and productive gathering.

The one service I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center.

Our visit to Times Square and Broadway from the hotel was so convenient with the kids. We could easily walk to the theaters, shops, and restaurants from the hotel, making our family staycation a memorable one. The spacious kitchenette helped us save on meals and offered a homey feel amidst the hustle and bustle of NYC.

My children wanted a playground or kids' activity area within the hotel for some extra fun during downtime.

The location of the hotel is really top-notch. The breakfast is copious. The staff is attentive.

The sofa bed is really uncomfortable,... The air conditioning is very noisy, especially when it is turned on at night.

The complimentary WiFi and breakfast buffet were godsends during my stay. I felt like a kid in a candy store, indulging in the signature beverages and traditional entrees at the full-service bar and restaurant. It was like having a personal chef and bartender at my beck and call!

After arriving and waiting, reaching the room, it turned out that this is not the room we paid for. At the reception desk, we only received information after our complaint that they do not have our room we paid for and what we will do to them. Our room was only ready the next day. The gentleman at the reception didn't inform us about this before, nor did he inform us about where and at what times breakfast is served, we had the impression that he doesn't like white people. The place for breakfast is a failure to eat either in the kitchens at coffee tables or between a printer and a copier, there are few typical places to eat and at 9 o'clock you will not see knives.

It's a ten-point option, you don't have to look any further to go to New York. Unbeatable location, value for money without a doubt the best in New York. It's very clean. breakfast is very very good. service is spectacular. Really, I have traveled several times to New York and this is the best option. I will repeat.

I am only writing because before I went I read that the lifts were insufficient and that there was a lot to do at breakfast time and that is not the case at all. You have to wait for the normal thing, but they have 6 elevators that don't stop and people from the hotel that take them during rush hour. No problem in this respect.

Always reliable with great service. Staff found my lost ID card on my first stay. Perfect amenities like Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and kitchen. Returning for holidays.

Good location in downtown Manhattan. All major attractions are within walking distance. Room includes kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and basic cooking utensils. The reservation also includes breakfast of coffee, juices, waffles, bread, fruits, oats ..

The property is a tower, so it depends on the elevators to go up or down. In rush hour you can wait up to half an hour for an available elevator. The room includes a coffee maker but no coffee filter. Regularly all hotels of this chain include the filter with the coffee flour and sugar.

The operation of the elevators in the morning, between 7 and 10, which led us several times to take the emergency staircase to go down.

The mattress of the cot was of very poor quality (spring).

The location was fantastic! Central to everything, close to Times Square, subway stations, and major attractions like Top of the Rock and the Museum of Modern Art. the room was spacious and checking in early allowed us to enjoy our stay right away. the staff, especially Jessee, went above and beyond to make our trip special. We were able to save leftovers for lunch, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast area was too crowded during peak times, making it a bit chaotic. It would be great if the hotel could improve the breakfast setup to avoid the rush.

During my business trip at Residence Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour fitness center, which allowed me to maintain my workout routine even with a busy schedule. The well-equipped gym provided a variety of exercise options, and the spacious layout made it easy to move from one workout station to another. It was a great way to de-stress after a long day of meetings and kept me energized throughout my stay.

Breakfast times weren’t differentiated for weekdays and weekends, resulting in confusion and missing out on the meal.

One of the better options in Manhattan. Perfect location anywhere close. Quick chceck-in, quick chceck-out. I'll clean the rooms comfortable, clean, every day. Price pretty normal for NYC. Wifi works well. The staff are nice and polite - they convinced very strongly not to start smoking - and they are right:)

Very good location, in the heart of New York City.

During my stay, an additional deposit was deducted for my stay, after checking out, I was blocked for another week even though I did not have such a reservation.

the residence inn was super clean, and it's so close to everything! it's pretty quiet with fully closed windows. the staff were super nice and helpful, and the free ice cream and popcorn were a nice treat. laundry service downstairs with detergent and change machine was super convenient.

Lift use is a major problem at peak times. On weekends you could wait up to 20 minutes to get in or out.

The location was perfect, close to the subway, and staff were friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and spacious kitchenette room. However, the older room had some issues like noisy AC and stained curtains. Elevator management during breakfast could be better.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right by Bryant Park and within walking distance of all the key sights in the city. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, clean, and quiet, which is a rarity in Manhattan. The large bathroom and comfortable bed made my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square only for transit during my travel, and I found the convenience of its proximity to a metro station and LaGuardia Airport to be highly beneficial. The easy access to transportation made it effortless for me to get around the city and to and from the airport, saving me time and hassle.

The size and cost of the rooms for larger groups. The size of the room for four people was far too small and expensive, even by New York City standards.

The staff at this hotel are seriously some of the best people I've met in NYC. They are incredibly accommodating and helpful. The property is conveniently located just steps away from Times Square and there is a subway station right there too. There are lots of shops around and a park nearby. Central Park is also not far away, making it a perfect location for those who want to see the sights. The breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of variety and it's advisable to go early to avoid the crowds.

Marathon runner from Sydney now in NYC. I stayed at this spot near big places; the park, theaters, shops. Suite was rad—free brekkie and Wi-Fi! I cooked up a storm in the kitchen, with city views. Nifty free grocery service, too. Had a blast at the bar before hitting the sack. Travel tip: hit the fitness center post-buffet! I loved the city vibes outside my window. Scored a large studio for me and my imaginary pals—still had room to run inside!

The sofa bed in the room was uncomfortable with noticeable springs in the mattress. the air conditioning was loud, disturbing my sleep and necessitating its shutdown at night.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit such as Times Square, Bryant Park, and St. Patrick's Cathedral. the room on the 11th floor had a breathtaking view of 6th Avenue and the Empire State Building. the spacious room with 2 king size beds and a full kitchen exceeded our expectations. the bathroom and hotel shower were top-notch. the complimentary breakfast had a great selection, and the free Wi-Fi kept the teenagers happy. the location was perfect, just minutes away from Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Penn St Train Station.

We partied it up in Times Square and danced the night away at Bryant Park. The room was awesome, with a comfy sofa bed and all the gadgets we needed.

Just one thing - it would be epic if there was a cool rooftop hangout spot for young night owls like us!

The location was great, so many famous attractions nearby it felt like I was in the center of the universe. Loved the full-service bar and restaurant, they really know how to make my taste buds sing!
